How to enable "Messaging" for your business via Google My Business / Google Maps

1.  Sign into your Google My Business management area here and confirm your Google account is properly managing the business on Google Maps:

2.  Install the Google My Business app one your smart phone.

3.  Enable “Messaging” from within the smart phone app.   

Done!  Now, your potential customers can send you an electronic message, while doing a Local Google (Maps) search, from their phone.   

FYI: this runs separately from your existing email and SMS apps, all within Google's ecosystem.
