Airbrasive.com – WooCommerce Integration & Site Rebuild
 
We rebuilt the Airbrasive website, migrating it from Webflow to WordPress with WooCommerce to eliminate vendor lock-in and give the client full control using open-source tools. Only the Powders and Media section is available for online ordering, but each product required careful configuration to reflect exact sizing, SKU availability, and shipping rules. We added custom freight logic, a legal compliance field for lot number tracking, and built the catalog to mirror their offline order system—solving each product like a separate puzzle.
 
The client acquired the business in April and brought us in during the transition. We quickly took over the Webflow site to update contact info within days, and coordinated with their IT team on DNS, domain access, and email setup while beginning the WordPress rebuild in parallel.
